Sugar Free Fudge for the Holidays

Guilt-free sugar free fudge makes the holiday sweeter.

With all of the calories that assault us during the holiday season, sometimes we can use a guilt-free pleasure that won’t pack on the extra pounds. Whether you’re diabetic and need something to indulge in or you just want a sweet without the extra sugar, this sugar free fudge recipe is sure to please.

What You’ll Need

To make this sugar free fudge, you’ll need:

16 oz cream cheese, softened.
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
1/2 cup Splenda (or another sugar substitute)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

To start, grease a 8x8 baking pan. Then melt the chocolate in a small pot. Then, in a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and add the melted chocolate. Then add in the sweetener and the vanilla and beat until smooth. Once the mixture is smooth, add in the pecans. Next, pour the mixture into the baking pan and cover and refrigerate overnight.

This recipe makes a sugar-free fudge that’s absolutely to die for. Great taste without an overload of sugar. It also makes a wonderful Christmas gift for diabetics or those who are watching their carbs.
