Christmas Lights Make the Season Brighter
Decking the halls with Christmas lights
Hi everyone, it’s Faith again. While it’s true I don’t like the commercialization of Christmas, I do love Christmas lights. There’s something to be said for driving down a snow-dusted road with lights glistening on all of the houses. It makes the world seem a little bit brighter and it tends to bring people a little more in harmony with each other.
Lights, Lights Everywhere
I think it’s important to decorate during the holiday season. While I may not agree with some of the decorations I see on many people’s lawns, I do always love the Christmas lights. Whether there are rope lights, icicle lights, white lights or multi-colored lights it doesn’t matter -- I love them all. If it didn’t look so tacky, I’d put a little bit of everything all over my house. Since that wouldn’t look so good, I alternate our Christmas lights each year. This year we’re doing the icicle lights, last year it was the rope lights. It makes things more exciting.
